This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Neurotrocity ("we," "us," "our"), the developer of DoseTrack (the "App"), and governs your use of the App. This Agreement supplements, and does not replace, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA"), which also applies to your use of the App as downloaded via the Apple App Store. Where this Agreement conflicts with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls.
You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and Neurotrocity only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Neurotrocity, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
Neurotrocity grants you a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. This license is limited to personal, non-commercial use.
DoseTrack offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("DoseTrack Pro") that unlock additional features on top of the always-free tier (see the app for current free-tier limits).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
Where offered, the 7-day free trial applies to new subscribers only. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the plan you selected. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or through your Apple ID account settings at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, and Pro features remain available until the end of the period you already paid for.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Neurotrocity does not process payments or issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use the "Report a Problem" link in your Apple purchase history.
Neurotrocity is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App, to the extent required by applicable law. You may contact us at 4032332@gmail.com. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
Neurotrocity is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are Neurotrocity's sole responsibility.

Neurotrocity, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
